Her duty was to maintain balance. She was not head of any departments, but she remained one of the most important Spirits.

Favourite Past time: Justitia does not have a time to relax. Whenever she does, she only watches in amusement as an occasional soldier running around doing a chain of errands.

Personality: Justitia is nearly emotionless. Just, she does not favour any of her underlings above others. Arve just happens to be her Head Servant, and thus being her main puppet.
Relationship: Justitia mainly talks to several soldiers, her servants, and her fellow Spirits. She mainly talks to Estel, the Spirit of Wisdom and Strategy. Emi and she gets along nicely, although Essie is too chaotic for her liking
